Fees For Service

We charge a 7%-8% fee for all claims submitted and billed to patients.
cREDENTIALING COMMERCIAL INSURANCES ONLY $100.00 PER INSURANCE (mONTANA oNLY)

For alternative healthcare practices, charges may be reduced due to lower initial costs than those of the western health care practices. I prefer to sit down with providers to find a number that suits both our needs.

About Us

Nichole hatfield, cpc - Owner, chief officer

Nichole started WMT Medical Billing in 2019 to fulfill her dream of being a business owner while helping others. Nichole has always been attracted to helping professions, she has worked in healthcare settings for the last 20 years. She previously worked with patients and providers in insurance and admissions at St. Patrick Hospital Emergency Department, Day Surgery, and General Admissions. She has also been employed at Community Medical Center, working with patients and insurance in the Emergency Department, Breast Center, Maternity Ward and Endoscopy.  She secured approvals for Medicaid and Indian Health Services while at Community Medical Center. In her brief time away from Montana, she worked at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics in the Adult Neuro Psychiatric department as a nursing assistant.

Nichole is also a Certified Professional Coder with the AAPC, member number 01432828.

Jacqueline Stout, Co-Owner, Director of Accounts Receivable

Jacqueline is a dedicated co-owner at WMT Medical Billing LLC, specializing in insurance claims processing and helping clients navigate the complexities of healthcare billing. Jacqueline's approach to business is built on a foundation of accountability, honesty, reliability, respect and teamwork, ensuring that both clients and colleagues experience a high level of professionalism and trust. Her expertise in insurance claims has allowed her to streamline processes and resolve challenges efficiently, ensuring that clients receive the highest standard of service. Jacqueline is passionate about empowering others through her work, whether it's providing guidance to clients or training new team members to meet the demands of the industry.

Outside of work, Jacqueline is training her new puppy/mascot Daisy and is actively involved in Pit Bull rescue efforts, demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact both in her personal and professional life.

Erin has joined our team looking forward to working with small businesses and having a positive impact on our communities. He brings a relentless work ethic, excellent communication, and a positive attitude to cultivate strong relationships with our providers. Understanding that insurance can be stressful and challenging to navigate, Erin is committed to researching and advocating for our providers to get the answers and resolutions necessary for efficient claims processing and payments.

Karley started her career in childcare, where she learned the importance of community, teamwork, and empathy. Karley brings those strengths into this tough to navigate field and uses them to cultivate strong relationships with providers, patients and insurance. Karley has grown leaps and bounds at MWT Medical Billing. Taking pride in learning and growing the skills she needs to take on more responsibility. She works diligently to provide our clients with exceptional service & care!

Currently, in addition to owning and operating Western Montana Medical Billing, she is also employed at Health Options Clinic in Missoula. She is responsible for the medical billing for Anderson Chiropractic, Missoula Acupuncture Clinic, Clark Chiropractic, and Anderson Integrative Medicine. She has room in her schedule to accept two more providers comfortably. She is excited to expand the business next year, with the addition of an administrative executive with expert knowledge in medical insurance credentialing and billing.
