  • Correct submissions of ICD-10-CM, CPT that correspond with certain insurances. (ex. some insurances do not cover TMJ)

Fees For Service

We charge a 6%-8% fee for all claims submitted and billed to patients.

For alternative healthcare practices, charges may be reduced due to lower initial costs than those of the western health care practices. I prefer to sit down with providers to find a number that suits both our needs.

About Us

Nichole hatfield, cpc - chief officer

Nichole started Western Montana Medical Billing to fulfill her dream of being a business owner while helping others. Nichole has always been attracted to helping professions, she has worked in healthcare settings for the last 14 years. She previously worked with patients and providers in insurance and admissions at St. Patrick Hospital Emergency Department, Day Surgery, and General Admissions. She has also been employed at Community Medical Center, working with patients and insurance in the Emergency Department, Breast Center, Maternity Ward and Endoscopy.  She secured approvals for Medicaid and Indian Health Services while at Community Medical Center. In her brief time away from Montana, she worked at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics in the Adult Neuro Psychiatric department as a nursing assistant.

Currently, in addition to owning and operating Western Montana Medical Billing, she is also employed at Health Options Clinic in Missoula. She is responsible for the medical billing for Anderson Chiropractic, Missoula Acupuncture Clinic, Clark Chiropractic, and Anderson Integrative Medicine. She has room in her schedule to accept two more providers comfortably. She is excited to expand the business next year, with the addition of an administrative executive with expert knowledge in medical insurance credentialing and billing.
